    • Weather conditions are often unpredictable. A water-repellent impregnation will help protect clothes from rain, snow and dirt. HYDROB_IZIDRAY water-repellent impregnation is suitable for processing any textile products. It does not contain toxic substances and is completely safe for the human body.

      • HYDROB_HYDRATION persists with subsequent mechanical and/or chemical exposure.
      • HYDROBLAST is particularly well suited for the primary and secondary processing of sportswear, protective clothing, rescue service uniforms, etc.
      • HYDROB_IZIDRAY has a noticeable effect of water repellence and dirt protection already at a drying temperature of 40 ° C, and already at 60 ° C it provides chemical protection according to DIN 32 763 standards.
      • The HYDROBLOASTER completely retains the original carrying capacity of the fabric, completely preserving the comfort of wearing "membrane" products.
      • HYDROB_HYDRATE does not contain perfluorooctane and perfluorooctanesulfonic acid and is safe.

      application

      The optimal effect is achieved by soaking (or during the last rinse) with a load of no more than 70% at 30-40 ° C with a solution modulus of 1:3-4 at pH 6.0-7.0 (if necessary, use CITRO THAW) with a processing time of 5-7 minutes and a spin of 2 minutes.

      When processing outerwear and sportswear, the consumption is 20-40 ml / kg of products (drying temperature 40-60 ° C for at least 5 minutes), for the primary processing of protective clothing according to DIN 32 763, 60-100 ml of hydro-detergent per 1 kg of products with drying at a temperature of 60-80 ° C for 7 minutes is required. 

      To restore the protective effect on previously primarily processed products, 1/4 of the indicated dosage is sufficient, i.e. only 15-25 ml / kg of products. 

      Products made of membrane fabrics should be wrung out only in an interval wringing cycle.:spin 1 minute, layout 1 minute, spin 1 minute. 

      Products of very different structures, such as cotton and synthetic fibers, should not be processed simultaneously.
