It is easy to install the equipment, but it is not so easy to ensure its proper operation. An important part of our work is to create an individual layout project for "TEXKEPRO" clients.

Your new facility must meet various requirements. These are the requirements of the SES, the requirements of ergonomic operation of operators, and the requirements of ease of maintenance of equipment. In addition, it is desirable to place the entire complex on minimal areas.

"TEXKEPRO" managers begin their work on the project with a clear definition of the technological task that the facility will perform. This is followed by the calculation of performance and the selection of the necessary equipment, taking into account all necessary options. Only in this case can you be sure that Your laundry or dry cleaning service will work exactly as intended. The result of this work is a detailed commercial proposal, after approval of which it is possible to proceed to the next stage – to prepare the installation of equipment on existing premises.

"TEXKEPRO" specialists carry out these works for free. Upon completion, our clients have a clear understanding of the technological tasks that the facility will be able to perform, the complete equipment set and its cost, how this kit will be located on the available areas and what communications they need to have in order to implement the facility.

The final stage in the AutoCAD program is the preparation of drawings of the location of all points of connection of communications: water supply (cold, hot and soft water), sewerage, electricity, ventilation, as well as steam, condensate and compressed air. When concluding an agreement for the purchase and sale of equipment, this work is also performed free of charge.
