OLEODERM
Highly concentrated greasing agent for dry cleaning of leather and fur products during dry cleaning.
It is suitable for all modern solvents of dry cleaning – perchloroethylene, hydrocarbons, silicone (decamethylcyclopentasiloxane) and SOLVONK4.

application
OLEODERM is usually used in a mixed process. For very dirty products, a two-stage cleaning process can be used, in which OLEODERM together with a cleaning enhancer should be added to the first wash.
Basic concentration:
- Perchloroethylene: 5-10 ml/liter;
- Hydrocarbon: 15-25 ml/liter;
- SOLVONC4: 10-15 ml/liter;
- silicone D5: 10-15 ml/liter.
Unexpected cleaning:
Load the dry cleaning machine to 80% of the loading capacity with pre-sorted products and clean for 7 (for light products), 5 (for medium-tone products) or 3 (for dark products) minutes at a high level of the working solution. The solution can be used 3 to 5 times, depending on the initial degree of contamination and the resistance of the dyes. When cleaning in KVL solvents, the washing time should be increased 1.5 - 2 times.
Two-shaft cleaning for heavily soiled products
Pre-washing in a solution of 2 ml/l CLIP_CONC_ASEPT + 5 ml/l of OLEODERM for 5 minutes (7-8 minutes in a KVL environment), after which the solution should be drained into a distiller and cleaning should be continued as in the case of the described process (see above).
