Pillow cleaning equipment: expanding the possibilities of the laundry business

Opening a specialized pillow laundry or expanding the list of services of an existing laundry business requires specialized equipment. It will ensure careful and efficient processing of products. A well-formed technical base will guarantee customers a high-quality result.

The main types of dry cleaning equipment for pillows

Wet cleaning machines. Modern industrial STEFAB washing machines of the AX and FX series are equipped with systems of smooth rotation of the drum with adjustable speed. The gentle spin function prevents damage to the filler and fabric. Program modes are provided for different types of pillows: loading from 25 to 120 kg allows you to optimize the process depending on the amount of work.

Systems for applying detergents. The specialized STEFAB BX models with a barrier system ensure safe handling of products. Adjustable detergent supply systems allow for the treatment of hard-to-reach areas and local contamination. Automatic dosing of chemicals ensures economical consumption.

Drying equipment. Professional STEFAB DR dryers with forced air circulation maintain a uniform temperature throughout the entire volume. Models with a load from 30 to 200 kg are equipped with thermoregulators to prevent overheating of the filler. Humidity control systems automatically complete the cycle when optimal values are reached.

Finishing equipment. STEFAB ironing and drying machines with shafts up to 830 mm in diameter and FL330 folding machines are available to complete the process. This equipment ensures high-quality finishing and preparation of orders for delivery to customers.

Pillow cleaning equipment allows you to process significant volumes while maintaining a consistently high quality of service. Automation of processes reduces labor costs and minimizes the influence of the human factor.
