Features of laundry for work clothes

Work clothes are subjected to serious tests on a daily basis. Contamination from paint, oil, and fuel requires a particularly careful approach to removal, which regular washing cannot provide. This complexity creates serious demand, creating a niche for professional services. Consider what needs to be considered when opening a laundry room for work clothes.

Three conditions for successful operation of an industrial laundry

1. Proper technical equipment. Industrial washing machines and drying chambers must maintain a high-temperature regime, use powerful detergents and degreasing agents. Also, a laundry for work clothes should have equipment for disinfection with ultraviolet light or hot steam.
2. Implementation of the labeling and accounting system. A large laundry can receive hundreds of items of clothing at a time. Barcoding, RFID tags, and computer control programs are used for operational accounting and batch separation.
3. Possibilities of rehabilitation of protective properties of clothing. Work clothes are often equipped with special coatings (antistatic, water-repellent, anti-slip). Specialized equipment works carefully with such things, extending their service life.

Special products are used to remove oils, fats and mineral contaminants. Preference is given to products with high biodegradability indices and the absence of phosphate components.

How can I protect myself from customer complaints?

Implement double labeling of clothing, photograph the received batches and record the identified defects. Create a contract specifying the obligations of both parties.
