What is a laundry in a kindergarten for: equipment and organization

Modern kindergartens are equipped with their own laundries. Children's textiles and bed linen are subjected to frequent and intensive treatments. Professionally selected washing, drying and ironing modes allow you to maintain the appearance, durability and hygienic properties of fabrics for a long time.

Equipping a professional kindergarten laundry

The complete laundry package provides a complete closed cycle of bed linen and textile processing.

• Industrial washing machines with a load of 10-12 kg. Designed for intensive operation and high temperature conditions (up to 90 °C for disinfection). It is important to have sanitary washing programs with temperature and time control.
• Drying and ironing equipment. For efficient handling of large volumes of flat linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels), optimal use kalandrov (roller ironing machines), providing high speed and perfect results. Ironing presses and steam stations are used for small and complex products.
• Auxiliary equipment and materials. Hypoallergenic, non-toxic detergents and disinfectants are used, which are approved for use in children's institutions and have a proven clinical effect. Dispensers are also needed for precise chemical flow and water treatment systems to protect equipment from scale.
• Professional Drying Machines (drying drums). To complete the technological cycle, dryers are needed to ensure fast and uniform drying of large volumes of laundry at high temperatures, which is an important final stage of thermal disinfection.
