Princess Ultra is a param mannequin with a tension system that provides high—quality finishing of wet and dry clothes made of any type of textile materials. Suitable for ironing a wide range of products of various styles and sizes.

• This is the only ferry mannequin with a tension system, equipped with unique Trevil front clamps of a pivoting design. Switching between a heated and non-heated clamp does not require any special effort from the operator and is carried out in just one operation.
• There is no need to hire highly qualified personnel for the job — any operator can provide excellent processing results after just a few hours of training.
• Functionally, this equipment combines three ferry mannequins — a traditional one with a tension system for finishing suits and a ferry mannequin for shirts.
• Thanks to flexible software settings that allow you to set a gentle mode, it ensures the finishing of clothes made of delicate materials after dry cleaning (for example, silk blouses).
• A heated front clamp with a front suction device and powerful supercharging generated by hot air flows ensures excellent finishing of wet clothes.
• The shape of the doll and the presence of tension devices make it possible to iron both small pieces of fitted clothing, as well as large and long products.
• It is also suitable for processing lab coats, work jackets and overalls.

Main Features

Pivoting front clips The patented double clamping device of the rotary design performs several functions. One clip heats up and operates at high clamping pressure, which ensures excellent finishing of a wet shirt or blouse in the front plank area. The other clip, which is soft and not equipped with a heater, operates at low clamping pressure, so that no marks or prints remain on the clothes after processing.
Heated front clamp with thermostat The heated front clamp is equipped with a thermostat that adjusts the temperature depending on the sensitivity of the textile material.
Electronic programming device Trevil The Trevil programming device is a multifunctional and very easy—to-use system.
Boost intensity adjustment
Automatic shoulder angle selection The shoulder angle is very easy to adjust, providing adaptation to any type of clothing.
Collar clip To simplify the process of placing and removing pullovers and other garments that do not have a classic collar, the collar clip can be detached.
Airtight apron A special airtight apron prevents steam and air from escaping into the environment from the area near the bottom edge of the garment. The apron is installed in the required position automatically.
Pneumatic tension carriages Tension system with three clamps (one rear and two side clamps) Side expanders that can be shifted or expanded significantly: Princess Ultra provides finishing treatment for almost any clothing — from small women's blouses to men's shirts in size XXXL!
There are two types of cuff clips available Model 5035 — with round inserts for cuffs. Model 5034 — with clips for long sleeves and expanders for short sleeves.
Pneumatic height adjustment of sleeve clips The height of the sleeve clips can be adjusted with a single hand movement.
Small occupied area The width of the base is only 55 cm. If the equipment is not in use, the levers can be moved to the folded position and placed along the machine.
