KTR Series

There are three models available in the KT R series:

• KT 210 – Loading weight of 10 kg
• KT 212 – Loading weight of 12 kg
• KT 215 – Loading weight of 15 kg.

KTR Series – these are narrow compact machines designed specifically for enterprises that process large volumes but lack space.

The highest technological efficiency of this series of machines allows the use of Class III A solvents in them, which makes it possible to process any textile products in them without loss of their consumer properties and color gamut.

After cleaning and subsequent drying in the machine, textiles are saturated and pleasant to the touch, fully retain their natural softness and are practically odorless.

It is also important that the use of solvents of this class and cleaning programs developed by our specialists minimizes the wear of the fibers of materials and the formation of wrinkles on it. This significantly reduces the cost of labor and time in the subsequent stages of finishing.

A well–balanced analysis of the relative positions of nodes and components has allowed us to create a machine that is easy to install, but especially easy to use. All controls and controls are easily visible and accessible and are located on the front panel.

The KTR machine can be installed so that its side panel (whether left or right) is flush against the wall, as it does not require any maintenance from the sides.

From the back, all those components that require daily or periodic maintenance are easily visible and accessible, making it easier to work with the machine.

The large loading hatch facilitates quick loading and unloading of items.

The KTR machines are equipped with two large-volume tanks with large-diameter inspection hatches.

PULSAR D601 and the COMBI System

A computer based on Pulsar D601 microprocessors, equipped with a new generation Combi System, is used as the machine's control system. This system allows you to manage 20 cleaning and maintenance programs that are easy to call up and modify at any moment. If there are a lot of machines in the dry cleaning and they need to be synchronized, this can be done using a memory card (included), on which you can record programs and transfer them from one machine to another.

With the help of the COMBI System, for each cleaning program, you can easily and quickly set the temperature of the solvent and the drying air at the inlet and outlet of the drum, the speed of the cleaning motor, the dosage of chemicals –everything you need to achieve the perfect treatment quality. The PULSAR D601 computer equipped with the COMBI System is really a real breakthrough in the field of dry cleaning machine control!

An innovative first car wash!

Another important novelty is implemented in the KM series machines. We are talking about a new system for the reuse of solvent, which is formed during the first phase of distillation and mixed in a special separator with solvent, which is released during the drying process. The resulting mixture is used in the first wash, which ensures the highest cleaning quality with significant cost savings, since fewer consumables are required. The electronic probe constantly monitors the formation of water during the separation process and, upon detection of moisture, gives the command to automatically open the drain valve into the second water separator, preventing the formation of bacteria in the circuit.

Fractional distillation

Distillation in dry cleaning machines running on hydrocarbon solvents is one of the most delicate operations. The KM 03 series machines are equipped with a FRACTIONAL DISTILLATION system. Thanks to the use of special electronic sensors, the solvent boiling process is automatically monitored, preventing the formation of foam that could clog the pure solvent and cause the formation of bacteria and, as a result, unpleasant odors in the machine. Using this innovative system allows you to work only with pure regenerated solvent at all times, which ensures optimal cleaning quality. Distillation is carried out using vacuum technology.

Optimal and reliable drying

The innovative air circulation system, which includes a powerful ventilation circuit with large turbines in combination with a volumetric refrigeration unit, allows achieving results that were previously unattainable for hydrocarbon machines. The drying system is equipped with ELETTRONICO's electronic DRY CONTROL as standard, which allows perfectly dry and odorless products to be removed from the machine at the end of the cycle. This also provides significant solvent savings. Special attention was also paid to the periodic maintenance of the system. The KT-KM 03 series machines are equipped with a refrigeration unit consisting of THREE separable sections (an evaporator battery, a condensing battery and the refrigerator itself). Dismantling the installation if necessary to clean the batteries is easy and simple thanks to the use of quick coupling connectors “AEROQIUP".
