KT Series

In the CT series from REALSTAR There are 3 dry cleaning machines with different loads.:

• CT 343 — 18 kg,
• CT 403 — 20 kg,
• CT 503 — 25 kg.

This series was developed specifically for consumer service enterprises that do not have enough free space to install modern machines, but they need to increase productivity and quality of work.

CT series dry cleaning machines are high—tech equipment capable of working with Class III A solvents. They provide gentle cleaning, safe even for thin and delicate fabrics. The installation of one of the models in this series at the enterprise will expand the range of services provided and guarantee high-quality dry cleaning. After processing, clothes and underwear will remain as soft and pleasant to the touch, they will retain their original shade and color saturation. The use of modern solvents also allows:

• avoid the unpleasant smell of things after cleaning,
• to prevent the destruction of textile fibers, thereby prolonging the service life of the item,
• reduce the creasing of fabrics, which allows you to spend less time preparing textiles for delivery to the customer.

Easy operation and maintenance

Created by experts REALSTAR The equipment is easy to install, operate and maintain. The developers have provided quick access to items that require regular inspection or maintenance. Both the left and right sides of each model in this series can be pushed close to the wall, as they are solid. Each of the two spacious tanks has its own wide observation hatch. The large diameter of the loading hatch allows you to quickly load and unload items between work cycles.

A Pulsar D601 computer with a Combi System is provided to control the equipment. The software allows you to create, save and change more than 20 different programs. The operator can choose:

• temperature and optimal solvent volume,
• air temperature during drying,
• the speed of rotation of the motor.

The control system is located directly on the front panel.

Textile processing and equipment maintenance programs can be stored in memory. A memory card is supplied with it, which allows you to synchronize the operation of all CT series machines in dry cleaning.

Innovative solutions

An important advantage of the CT series machines is the solvent reuse system. It allows you to reduce the cost of purchasing consumables and prevent the proliferation of bacteria in the circuit. The operating principle of the system is as follows:

• In a separate separator, solvents are mixed, which are formed during the first phase of distillation and released during drying.;
• the resulting mixture is used during the first wash.

An electronic probe is provided to monitor the moisture level. It automatically opens the drain valve leading to the second water separator if water is released during separation.

A unique fractional distillation system using vacuum technology also helps to reduce the risk of the proliferation of pathogenic microorganisms that can cause an unpleasant odor of things after cleaning. The system includes sensitive electronic sensors that constantly monitor the boiling of the solvent. The main task of sensors is to prevent the formation of foam. The unique system allows you to keep the solvent clean and avoid contamination with foam, which can have a negative impact on the quality of services.

High drying quality

The KT series provides high drying quality and is significantly superior in this respect to machines working with hydrocarbon solvents. They help to achieve similar results.:

• the highest power of the ventilation circuit, which is provided by large turbines and a large-volume refrigeration unit,
• The ELETTRONICO electronic drying control system saves consumables, makes textiles completely dry, and prevents the appearance of unpleasant odors after drying.

Maintenance of the refrigeration unit does not require much effort. It includes three separate sections:

• the evaporator battery,
• the condensation battery,
• fridge.

The unit is equipped with AEROQUIP connectors, which simplify the disassembly of the cells, thereby speeding up the preparation for cleaning the batteries.
