    • The KM R series includes machines designed for dry cleaning of large volumes of textiles in large enterprises. It includes 6 models:

      • two—tank - KM 210, KM 212 and KM 215;
      • three—tank trucks - KM 310, KM 312 and KM 315 with a load of 10, 12 and 15 kg, respectively.

      The KM R series machines can use Class III A solvents, which are safe even for fine textiles. After dry cleaning and machine drying, clothes and underwear:

      • They retain their original properties, strength and rich color.,
      • they have no smell.

      Thanks to Class III A solvents and the use of special cleaning programs, the fibers of fabrics are less subject to wear and remain durable for longer. The minimum number of folds remains on the items, which simplifies further processing of textiles and reduces the labor costs of personnel.

      The equipment has other advantages.

      • Easy maintenance and management. The main components and components that require regular maintenance are conveniently located. All control system elements are located on the front panel.
      • Convenience of placement. The side panels of the machines can be pushed against the wall during installation. This saves space in the dry cleaning room.
      • Large loading hatch. Simplifies loading and unloading of the work chamber.

      Features of the management system

      The equipment management system is a computer based on Pulsar D601 microprocessors, equipped with a new generation Combi System. It allows you to manage twenty cleaning and maintenance programs. The operator can:

      • set the temperature of the solvent during cleaning and the air during drying,
      • set the rotation speed of the motor,
      • dispense cleaning products.

      If the dry cleaning service is equipped with a large number of machines, you can synchronize their operation using the memory card included in the package. It allows you to record the necessary programs, as well as transfer them from one machine to another.

      Solvent reuse system

      KM R machines are equipped with a solvent reuse system, which is formed during distillation and mixed in a separator with the solvent released during drying. This mixture is used in the first wash, it allows you to get excellent results with minimal costs.

      Monitoring of water formation is carried out using an electronic probe. When moisture is detected, the drain valve to the second water separator opens automatically. This prevents bacteria from forming in the circuit.

      Fractional distillation

      The KM R series machines are equipped with a fractional distillation system. The solvent boiling process is constantly monitored by electronic sensors. This allows you to:

      • prevent foaming,
      • avoid the appearance of an unpleasant odor in the car,
      • work only with pure regenerated solvent at all times.,
      • improve the cleaning quality.

      Efficient drying

      Another advantage of the equipment is the innovative air circulation system. It includes:

      • ventilation circuit with large turbines,
      • a volumetric refrigeration unit consisting of three sections.

      ELETTRONICO's electronic DRY CONTROL ensures high drying quality and reduces solvent consumption. After the end of the cycle, things do not have an unpleasant smell.

      Maintenance of the drying system will not take much time thanks to the AEROQIUP connectors.
