REALSTAR KM 03 is a series of professional dry cleaning machines. It presents 5 models with different loading weights.:

KM 03 machines run on Class III A solvents. They can be used to clean white, black and colored textiles without compromising their consumer properties. Advantages of dry cleaning using alternative solvents:

• removal of complex and ingrained impurities,
• preservation of the original color and softness of the products,
• minimizing the wear of fiber materials,
• no odor on things after cleaning,
• reduction of creasing of different tissues.

After processing, clothes and underwear remain soft and pleasant to the touch, have practically no unpleasant odor, folds and creases, which greatly facilitates finishing and reduces the labor costs of personnel.

Management and maintenance features

The REALSTAR KM series machines have a well-thought-out design, therefore they are characterized by ease of installation and ease of operation. All necessary controls are located on the front panel. When installing the equipment, it is allowed to lean the left or right side against the wall, since all components requiring periodic inspection are located in the rear. Quick access is provided to items that need daily maintenance, which greatly simplifies the operation of the machine.

A computer with a Pulsar D601 microprocessor and a Combi System is provided for simple and convenient control of the machine. The software allows you to:

• manage and modify 20 cleaning and maintenance programs;
• to set the temperature of the solvent for cleaning and the air for drying, to dose chemicals, to determine the speed of the motor;
• synchronize the operation of several machines using programs stored on a memory card (included in the package).

High-tech solutions

The KM 03 machines from REALSTAR are manufactured using innovative technologies. They have a solvent reuse system that reduces the consumption of chemicals and maintains a consistently high quality of textile cleaning. Its principle of operation:

• solvents are formed during the first distillation and are released during drying;
• The chemicals are mixed in a separate separator;
• the resulting mixture is used during the first wash.

The moisture level in the separator is controlled by automation. If the electronic probe detects water, it will give the command to open the valve to drain the liquid into the water separator. This prevents the formation of pathogenic bacteria in the circuit of the machine.

The KM 03 series models also have a fractional distillation system using vacuum technology. Electronic sensors control the temperature of hydrocarbon solvents, prevent strong boiling, accompanied by the formation of foam. Thanks to the innovative system, the machines run exclusively on pure, regenerated solvent, which ensures high-quality cleaning of textiles.

Efficient drying

REALSTAR KM dry cleaning machines are equipped with:

• powerful ventilation circuit with large turbines,
• a refrigeration unit consisting of three separable sections,
• the DRY CONTROL ELETTRONICO drying control system.

All this ensures efficient air circulation in the system, allows you to remove dry things from the machine that do not have an unpleasant odor, and save solvent.
