    • Antistatic needle-punched coating with a density of 400 is used in the ironing process in professional dry cleaners and laundries. It is compatible with ice rinks and ironing machines with all types of heating. Due to its special molecular structure, nomex 400 fabric has good resistance to high temperatures. It provides reliable protection of underwear and clothes from chemicals, static electricity and fire.

      The operating temperature of the coating is within 250 degrees. Its price is available on request.

      The service life of the coating depends on the operating temperature and the pressure of the mold. Usually From 5-6 months (round-the-clock operation, pressure 18-25 atm, t = 175-180 oC), service life up to 1.5 years (1 shift 10-12 hours, t = 160-170 oC, pressure 14-16 atm).

      It is supplied in rolls 190 and 330 cm wide.
