The main features of the ST9

• Two-line alphanumeric LCD display.
• Sixteen control buttons with mnemonic function signatures (two fixed functions per button), additional LED indication of the current state of the machine.
• There are 99 freely programmable programs in total. Of these, 16 are pre-installed. Each program can have up to 50 steps.
• Management of manual use of up to six drugs. Powder, liquid, gel—like form - the actual amount is determined by the dispenser design of a particular washing machine.
• Control of automatic dosing of liquid detergents — six control levels, sufficient for all dosing stations.

Configuration

The ST9 processor has 40 settings for the washing machine operation. Among them are the parameters of the actual configuration of the equipment: for example, the number of filling valves of the machine (for connecting hot, soft water and reuse water) and drain valves (the second and third for reuse of water and/ or heat recovery), the cycle of rotation of the drum during washing (duration of direct and reverse rotation and pauses), the number of dispensers cleaning products.

Others are safety parameters: the maximum time for filling, heating, and draining water, the minimum and maximum safe levels, the time for arranging (balancing) laundry before pressing, and so on. And the parameters that determine the algorithm for executing washing programs: temperature hysteresis, calibration of the temperature sensor, accurate filling of water, temperature control with simultaneous filling of cold and hot water, the time of the sound signal, the number of attempts to arrange laundry, allowing the machine operator to change programs and work in manual mode, etc.

Programming

To understand the manufacturability of the ST9 processor, it is necessary to mention that it supports functions such as water intake with or without drum rotation, thermal stop, chemical dosing when a set water level is reached, a set water temperature or when water is set, the ability to set the speed of rotation of the drum not only during spin, but also during washing.

All programs are freely programmable. You can add (up to 50) and delete program steps, or change any of the step parameters.
