New HYDROB
08/02/2010
More than 25 years ago, the KROISLER company (Chem. Fabrik KREUSSLER & Co., GmbH, Wiesbaden, Germany) for the first time introduced to the market a fundamentally new water-repellent impregnation agent HYDROB FS based on a dispersion of fluorocarbon polymers. Along with its water-repellent effect, HYDROB also provides protection from dirt and grease. Due to this, it can be used not only for impregnation of sports and waterproof clothing, but also for additional processing of protective workwear, uniforms of rescue services, fire brigades and medical personnel.
HYDROB FS provides chemical protection treatment of protective workwear in accordance with the European standards DIN 32763 and the treatment of fire-resistant clothing according to the standards EN 469 (7.5).
In order for the dispersion of fluorocarbon polymers to exhibit its properties to the maximum extent, processed textiles must be heated to at least 80 °C. In the case of clothing used for medical purposes or protection from chemical exposure, heating is already required to 120 °C.
However, it is often quite problematic to create such conditions. On the one hand, heating textiles to the required temperature leads to significant time and energy consumption, on the other hand, when exposed to such high temperatures, some types of clothing may be damaged.
To eliminate the existing problems, the KROISLER company has developed a new product. HYDROBIOGRAPHY based on a new type of flortelomers with alcohol radicals.
As a result, for medical laundry, already at a drying temperature of 40 ° C, water resistance of over 300 mm of water column is provided, and at 60 ° C – 380 mm.
The maximum water resistance of 400 mm is provided at temperatures starting from 100 °C. In addition, the effect of water repellency and chemical resistance is well manifested.
HYDROBONDRAY can be added during the washing process or applied by spray spraying.
For example, when using the product at the final rinsing stage in a washing machine with a 1:3 solution module, 10-25 ml of HYDROHYDRATE per liter of solution is required.
With the secondary use of HYDROBACIDRAY, the dosage of the drug can be reduced.
To achieve an optimal pH of 4.5-5.5, you can add CITRO THAW.
For ordinary clothing (tracksuits, raincoats, hunting overalls made of ordinary or membrane fabrics), it is sufficient that at the end of the drying cycle for at least 5 minutes, the temperature at the outlet of the drum is only 60 °C.
In the case of chemical protection clothing, it is necessary to maintain 80 °C for at least 7 minutes.
By reducing the required drying temperature by about 20 °C, time and energy savings are achieved. On large textiles that cannot be processed in a drum-type machine and for which it is difficult to provide the necessary heating, for example, upholstery, curtains or sails, the HYDRO-SPRAY agent is applied by spraying.
Currently, HYDROBRAYDRAY is undergoing mandatory certification in the Russian Federation.
It will be available to TEXKEPRO's customers as early as March-April 2010. Get acquainted with the prices for detergent for washing work clothes it is possible on the website.
