Marking of dirt-resistant carpets

Marking dirt–resistant carpets - with THERMOPATCH is as simple as one, two, three, four, five and six:

1. Using a file or sandpaper, we "clean" the place where the mark is applied;

2. We cut off a strip of non-vulcanized rubber slightly larger than the selected label size;

3. We place the rubber on top of the prepared application site;

4. Printing the FASTag label on a system printer (such as HiQ-SQUIX) and we put it at the very top.;

5. We fix it on a pneumatic thermal press at a pressure of 5 bar and a temperature of 160 C for 4 minutes;

6. Completely cool before any stretching. 

The optimal set of equipment:

1. FASTag tape set – 2 rolls of 50-meter tape and 1 roll of 104-meter ink tape with a width of 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 or 90 mm;
2. HiQ-SQUIX System Printer;
3. Specialized thermal locking press for marking and repair of dirt-resistant carpets NL-26.
