Thermal Patch tapes for marking and repair

Based on the results of the inspection (Protocol No. 2031), in accordance with the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, THERMOPATCH BV is granted the right to use the OEKO-TEX® brand in relation to the following products:

• thermally fixed labels,
• feeds,
• logos and films

based on polyester and polyester/cotton, with or without self-adhesive layer, with or without images or inscriptions applied by screen printing, digital or thermal printing (with OEKO-TEX® approved flame retardant impregnation).

According to the results of an inspection conducted in accordance with the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, product class II, it was found that the above products comply with the environmental safety requirements for humans established by the standard for products in direct contact with the skin.

Certified products comply with the requirements of Annex XVII of the REACH Regulation governing the registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of the production and use of chemicals (including the use of azo dyes, nickel, etc.), as well as the requirements of American legislation regarding the total lead content in products intended for children (the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA); with the exception of glass accessories).
