LANADOL LIQUEUR has become better!

Thanks to the use of new components, it is well-known LANADOL LIQUEUR it has become more convenient to use - its viscosity, while maintaining all other properties, is reduced, which means more accurate and reliable dosing, less wear on peristaltic tubes and/or membranes of external dosing systems.
"Besides that", the color of LANADOL liqueur has changed - from "amber" it has become "yellow".

• LANADOL_LIKER provides uniform natural greasing of leather and suede products in an aqueous environment.
• LANADOL_LIKER softens the skin and refreshes its color.
• LANADOL_LIKER significantly reduces water absorption by products during subsequent wear.
• LANADOL_LIKER at a concentration of 1 ml/liter is suitable for conditioning, softening and revitalizing colors on silk and wool products.
• LANADOL_LIKER mixed with water in a ratio of 1:3 or 1:4 can be used for greasing, imparting basic hydrophobic properties and revitalizing colors in the spray process.

application

For greasing in the process (in the machine) aquachistki:
after rinsing with LANADOL ACTIVE, cold rinsing and short pressing, use a special greasing bath at a temperature of 30 C with a dosage of 5-10 ml LANADOL_LIKER / liter at a low filling level for 10 minutes. Then drain the working solution, spin at low RPM and the final interval spin (3 times for 1 minute) at high rpm.

For processing in the spray process:
prepare a working emulsion by mixing LANADOL_LICKER with water in a ratio of 1:3-4. Apply to the products as usual.

To provide a tinting effect:
LANADOL_LICKER can be added to the working emulsion with water-soluble dyes for smooth skin.

For water-repellent properties:
LANADOL_LIKER can be mixed with HYDROB_HYDRATE in a 2:1 ratio. After that, apply as usual.

This is followed by natural drying in a straightened state "in the air" and running-in in a drying drum without heating for 20-30 minutes with hard sponges added to the drum. The rolling process ensures uniform distribution of the greasing component, provides color depth, enhances the water-repellent effect and gives the products softness.

When mixed with water, LANADOL_LICER forms a stable "milky" emulsion.
When working in the dyeing chamber, the applicable safety requirements must be observed.
