KREUSSLER on environmental friendliness and responsible development
09/06/2025
Thomas Zeck, commercial director of Kreussler Textile Care, talks about environmental friendliness and responsible development in an interview with Laundry and Cleaning Today.

"Environmental friendliness is not just about "green" products. It takes into account everything: equipment, processes, water resources management, energy, precise dosing, support for employees and customers."

Kreussler is expanding its range of certified products, including OptiCare 50° Green— a flexible system for industrial laundries, and Trebon Plus Eco, a powerful intensive laundry detergent. These products have the EU environmental label, which confirms our commitment to environmental responsibility.

All Kreussler detergents are free of phosphates, APHOS, parabens, EDTA, HTA, microplastics, formaldehyde and its derivatives. They are biodegradable and have passed dermatological tests. Ultra-concentrated formulations reduce packaging waste, save storage space, and reduce emissions during transportation while maintaining high cleaning efficiency. Due to their maximum efficiency, they help to reduce energy and water consumption.

The Kreussler research and development team continues to push the boundaries by creating formulas that take care of textiles and the environment.

As Thomas Zeck notes, "Our original wet cleaning process, developed many years ago, remains the gold standard for gentle textile care. We continue to lead in this area, focusing on the future."
