Ironing shirts in a CHANTERELLE.

In Moscow, the installation of a new shirt ironing complex based on TREVIL equipment (Italy) has been completed at the head office of one of the largest "LISICHKA" commercial dry cleaning chains. The complex consists of two types of equipment – special "magpie" Ferry service, and a collar-and-cuff press.

Such a completely renovated complex was first presented a year ago, in July 2009, at the World Clean Show 2009 in New Orleans.

It is pleasant to note that LISICHKA is the first installation of its kind in Eastern Europe. The main difference between this shirt ironing system and competitors is the achievement of the traditional European ironing quality standard, when both straight and shaped shirts are really well and quickly obtained, even in the most difficult to smooth "hidden" places.

Of course, for ironing streams of standard uniform shirts, where performance is primarily important, not quality ("1 shirt = 1 dollar!"), the TREVISTAR system is somewhat redundant, but where quality is the argument and where each shirt is individual and requires impeccable ironing, it is TREVISTAR that is needed. We are glad that when making this decision, the management of LISICHKA relied not on the advertising brochures of different suppliers, but on their own practical experience.

The NEW Trevistar shirt mannequin has a perfect design, providing 50 seconds of hand-crafted quality of the highest European quality standard.
Compared to previous Trevistar models, which were renowned for their high processing quality, many additional improvements and new features have been implemented here. Thanks to many years of experience and close cooperation with consumers, it was possible to significantly improve the quality and speed of the equipment, reducing the processing cycle of shirts to 50 seconds or less.

Excellent processing quality

• The new shoulder module accelerates the drying of the fabric in the shoulder area. Unlike similar products from other companies, this model does not have a hard, polished head, so that dark-colored fabrics do not shine and the size of the shoulder expanders can be adjusted, so there are no wrinkles when processing the armhole.
• The use of presses combined with a high air temperature (approximately 90 °C) ensures perfect processing quality with air supply for only 40-45 seconds.
  The frontal suction force has been increased to facilitate the positioning of the bar.
• The profile of the new collar clip makes it easier to place closed garments, such as polo shirts, on the mold.
• Trevistar mannequins provide automatic processing for both long and short sleeves. The sleeve clips have a new design that protects light fabrics from deformation.

Easier use of the dummy

• Single pedal control.
• The new control panel, created on the basis of ten years of experience, combines in one compact and ergonomic unit all the controls used by the operator: a joystick for controlling the cuff clips, elements for manual control, programming buttons, etc. Adjustment in the horizontal plane and height is possible.
• The new control panel is now clearer and more flexible to use. A counter for processed products is provided to monitor daily productivity.

Easier installation and maintenance

• Optimal dimensions that allow the mannequin to be moved through a doorway that is only 90 cm wide.
• Built-in base for moving with a forklift truck without using a pallet.
• All electrical and pneumatic components are located behind a single opening panel.
