Trevil - quality at the service of business - at the exhibition in Milan from October 3-6, 2014.
The Expodetergo exhibition will be held in the Fiera Milano pavilions from October 3-6. This will be an important event that will provide an opportunity to showcase the latest industry achievements to domestic and foreign consumers.
As the analysis of market trends has shown, the displacement of small enterprises by more mechanized ones continues. The cost of services for the end user eventually decreases, while the speed of service and the number of processed products increase.

Therefore, at Expodetergo 2014, Trevil intends to focus on automation. In the 4th pavilion, booth H29-K30The company will display the entire range of wet shirt dummies, including solutions with supercharging and pressing products.
Offered by Trevil the Trevistar mannequin It allows processing up to 50 shirts per hour, while providing a soft finish down to the smallest details. Since its first appearance on the market (in 2000), many improvements have been made to the design of the Trevistar mannequin. The 2014 version is more compact and features a rearrangeable console that allows you to install a magpie dummy and a press for cuffs and collars even in a confined space.

Today, it is impossible to ignore ergonomics and convenience of work: therefore, now the Trevistar can be equipped with an exhaust hood for removing hot air from the workplace and connected to a centralized exhaust ventilation system.
Finally, the air heating circuit in the Trevistar dummy has been optimized to use the latent heat of steam and reduce energy consumption.

The Presto FC model – this is the latest offering in the line of magpie presses manufactured by Trevil. During the development of Presto FC, Trevil engineers conducted a survey of users and took into account their wishes.
"Our goal was to create the perfect shirt press by applying a combination of quality—enhancing solutions," said engineer Corinna Mapelli, head of the design department. "The machine provides the fastest and most convenient product placement: the operator can place or remove shirts with just a few movements." "We have developed a variety of techniques that combine to ensure a thorough press treatment without unnecessary movements. For example, we have designed a rear edge tension system that makes it less tedious for the operator to straighten the shirt and improves the ironing quality of the entire back. Finally, as always at Trevil, we sought to develop flexible systems that maintain the same ironing quality even when changing the type, size and fabric of the shirt. For example, Presto FC allows you to adjust the angle of the sleeves depending on the cut of the shirt; you can change the tension of the sidewalls depending on the type of fabric, etc."

Visitors to Expodetergo 2014 will have the opportunity to see a live demonstration of all feromanekenov Trevil, including mannequins for finishing jackets and trousers.
In particular, Pantastar will be demonstrated.
Pantastar is the first machine for the complete finishing of classic trousers, introduced to the market by Trevil in 2009. Thanks to the patented TreviXpand mechanism, Pantastar combines the functions of a topper and an ironing press for trousers. The operator simply fixes the trousers on the machine, as on a regular topper, after which Pantastar performs an ironing cycle, like a topper, and then automatically folds the trousers and prepares them for processing with an ironing press. The operator only needs to check the position of the trousers and start closing the press. Pantastar then performs a cycle of ironing the arrows on the trousers.

The Pantastar program allows you to save data for up to 9 processing cycles for different types of trousers.
In fact, Pantastar is able to ensure the finishing of trousers of any cut and made of any fabric, including delicate and elastic, which is achieved thanks to electronic tension control. The pressure of the press is adjustable, allowing you to process even such sensitive fabrics as corduroy; the press is designed so as not to leave seam prints on the right side of the fabric. In addition, Pantastar is able to handle trousers without arrows (when selecting the special "topper" function).
