Our company has been able to receive OFFICIAL opinions on the condition of "problematic" textiles in an industrial laundry from an official INDEPENDENT forensic expert in Wiesbaden, Germany.

As a rule, the study provides an assessment of the current state of textiles, the quality of washing and identifies possible root causes of problems with suggestions for further action. This allows, in the end, to share responsibility for certain problems between the manufacturer/owner of the "problematic" textiles, the laundry and the technology supplier and laundry chemicals.
