Treviform Tall is a new ferry machine for processing jackets, coats and other outerwear up to 190 cm long, designed to significantly improve quality and productivity compared to traditional manual ironing.
The Treviform Tall is equipped with a sophisticated tension system that ensures precision machining and minimizes the need for refinement, as well as a standard anti-deformation system that shapes the product without deforming the fabric.
The Tall version has an increased vertical stroke, which makes it possible to efficiently process very long products while maintaining uniform tension over the entire surface. For this purpose, the mannequin is equipped with an automatic upper unloading system, which removes the product at the end of the cycle and delivers it to the operator at a convenient height, preventing the formation of folds when lowering the mold.
The Treviform Tall is easily activated with a single pedal and can be used by staff with no experience in finishing.
